Drawing inspiration from the blooming flowers and plants in a lush garden, Creative Director Alessandro Michele, in collaboration with master perfumer Alberto Morillas, has created the new Gucci Bloom Ambrosia di Fiori Eau de Parfum for women, part of the Gucci Bloom fragrance collection. “Ambrosia” is translated as the sustenance of the Greek gods, and it was believed that drinking it would grant immortality. The unique fragrance name, precious nectar, and irresistible charm form a new chapter in the Gucci Bloom fragrance story – Gucci Bloom Ambrosia di Fiori. The fragrance is more rich and vibrant, incorporating new rare notes: iris and iris root. The ancient Greeks and Romans used iris to extract essential oils, and this signature note is now extracted from the iris that blooms in Tuscany every May, even more precious than gold. Another new signature note, Damask rose, is extracted from the noble roses picked in the early morning, perfectly recreating the rose’s fragrance.
